Our Process

finance 4762523 640

Our engagement process is straightforward and efficient for beginning our business relationship.
The process typically involves the following steps:

  1. Initial consultation:
This is an opportunity for you and TCG to discuss the project or engagement in more detail. You can explain your needs and goals, and TCG can ask questions and provide recommendations.
  2. Proposal:
Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, TCG will provide a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and budget for the project.
  3. Agreement:
If you are interested in moving forward, you can review and sign the agreement outlining the terms of the engagement.
  4. Implementation:
TCG will begin working on the project, following the agreed-upon plan and timeline.
  5. Review and evaluation:
At the end of the project, you and TCG will review the results and assess the success of the engagement.

Technology roadmap

At TCG, we highly suggest using a Technology roadmap for our engagements with customers.
A technology roadmap is a high-level, visual plan that outlines the organization’s technology strategy and the steps it will take to achieve its goals. The basic components of a technology roadmap include:

technology roadmap
  1. Objectives:
Clearly defined goals and objectives for the technology strategy.
  2. Timeline:
A timeline outlining the implementation schedule and milestones for each initiative.
  3. Current state:
A description of the current technology infrastructure and systems.
  4. Future state:
A description of the desired end-state and the steps required to get there.
  5. Initiatives:
A list of specific initiatives, projects, and solutions required to achieve the future state.
  6. Dependencies:
A description of the interdependencies between initiatives and projects.
  7. Risks:
A listing of potential risks and how they will be mitigated.
  8. Stakeholders:
A list of stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities.
  9. Resource allocation:
A plan for allocating resources, including personnel, budget, and technology.

This simple engagement process can vary slightly depending on the specific needs and goals of the business, but it generally provides a clear and straightforward way to begin a successful collaboration with TCG.
